Cookie and Local Storage Policy

This policy explains how LiveTourAudio and its service providers use cookies, local storage, and related browser technologies.

Effective July 27, 2026

Technologies we use

LiveTourAudio uses browser storage to keep authentication state, language preferences, anonymous analytics identifiers, campaign attribution, and information needed to operate guide and listener experiences. Some values are stored in local storage rather than traditional cookies.

Amazon Cognito, Stripe, and other providers may set cookies on their own domains when you sign in, authenticate, open a billing portal, or complete checkout. Their use of cookies is governed by their respective policies.

Essential storage

Essential technologies support sign-in, account security, language selection, active-session behavior, fraud prevention, and service operation. Disabling them may prevent account or tour functions from working correctly.

Analytics and attribution

We use first-party product analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, signup progression, page duration, guide startup steps, tours, listeners, and errors. This information helps us diagnose problems and improve the product.

Campaign and referral values may be retained in browser storage so a later signup can be attributed to the source that introduced the visitor. We do not currently use third-party behavioral advertising cookies on the public website.

Your choices

Browser controls can remove or block cookies and local storage. Private-browsing modes may also clear information sooner. Blocking essential storage can sign you out, reset preferences, prevent attribution, or interfere with tour audio.

Questions about these technologies can be sent to support@livetouraudio.com.
