LiveTourAudio legal
Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of LiveTourAudio. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Effective July 27, 2026
Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information. If you use LiveTourAudio for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
You are responsible for account credentials, activity under the account, guide-device security, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account in a way that bypasses plan or listener limits.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Eligible new accounts may receive a seven-day trial without a payment card. Trial features and limits are described on the pricing page and may be changed or withdrawn for future trials.
Paid subscriptions renew on a recurring basis at the price and billing interval shown during checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Taxes may be added where required. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the account billing portal; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
Except where required by law or expressly approved, fees already paid are nonrefundable. We may change pricing for a future billing period with advance notice required by applicable law.
Permitted use
You may use LiveTourAudio for lawful live tours, guided visits, and related organizational purposes. You must follow applicable privacy, recording, accessibility, communications, employment, school, venue, and safety requirements.
You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, exceed limits through automation or account sharing, transmit unlawful or harmful material, misuse tour links, impersonate others, reverse engineer restricted components except where law permits, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Tour operations and safety
LiveTourAudio provides tour narration and related guide tools. It is not an emergency, dispatch, alarm, accessibility, life-safety, or facility-control system. Do not rely on it for safety-critical instructions or as a replacement for required radios, alarms, spotters, protective equipment, supervision, or emergency procedures.
Internet service, guest devices, batteries, browsers, headphones, microphone placement, mobile coverage, and third-party networks can affect performance. You are responsible for testing the actual route, maintaining appropriate fallback procedures, and deciding whether the service is suitable for a particular group or environment.
Service changes and availability
We work to keep LiveTourAudio reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features to address security, reliability, legal, or business needs.
We may limit or suspend access when an account creates security or operational risk, violates these Terms, fails to pay, or uses the service unlawfully. We will provide notice when reasonably practical.
Ownership and feedback
LiveTourAudio and its software, branding, designs, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms provide a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service during the applicable trial or subscription.
You retain rights in content you provide and grant us the rights needed to process that content and operate the service. If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveTourAudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, tour disruption, or substitute equipment costs. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to LiveTourAudio in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Massachusetts will have jurisdiction except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively after notice required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
