Our approach

We design mobile-first interfaces with semantic controls, keyboard access, readable contrast, clear status messages, scalable layouts, and labels intended to work with common screen readers. We include visible alternatives to icon-only navigation and test important public and application flows on mobile and desktop browsers.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Browser audio, device permissions, maps, QR scanning, headphones, and live-stream behavior can create needs that differ across users and devices.

Known considerations

The listener experience depends on a compatible phone, browser audio controls, and an internet connection. Map-based guide location may not provide an equivalent experience for every user. A QR code should not be the only joining option for a guest who cannot scan it.

Tour operators should provide appropriate human assistance, an alternative joining method, and any accommodations required for their guests. LiveTourAudio does not replace an operator's accessibility obligations.

Requesting help

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@livetouraudio.com with the page or workflow, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and a description of the problem. We will use that information to investigate and provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
