A simple live-tour workflow

Before departure, the guide signs in and starts a tour. The page generates a private QR code for that active session. Guests scan, open the listener page, and enable audio. The guide can see the current active-listener count instead of relying on a manual receiver count.

At the end of the tour, the guide ends the session and the guest page reports that the tour has ended. The access link is associated with that tour rather than acting as a permanent public broadcast.

Plan for the route, not only the software

Browser-based audio still depends on phones, networks, and sensible tour operations. Ask guests to bring headphones when possible, test coverage on the complete route, and identify any underground or heavily shielded areas before the first live group.

For guests with low battery or limited mobile data, the operator can keep a few backup battery packs or shared devices. A brief joining stop at the beginning is more reliable than asking guests to scan while the group is already moving.
